Digital eye strain diagnosis and treatment
Our increased time on screens can come with a cost to our eyes. Research has shown that nearly 3 in 4 patients with digital eye strain—also known as computer vision syndrome—have itchy, irritation and dry eyes.
You can opt for a comprehensive evaluation, treatment and/or recommendations to relieve or reduce your eye strain.

• Glare on screen
• Low blinking frequency
• Improper viewing distances

• Uncorrected vision problems
How do I prevent digital eye strain?
Follow the 20-20-20 rule. This means that for every 20 minutes of up close work, take a 20 second break and look 20 feet away.
We can offer to add anti-glare coating or a blue-light blocker filter on your glasses.
When you’re on the screen:
• Use an anti-glare film on your phone and computer
• Increase the font size of the text on your screens
• Match your screen brightness to the room
• Turn on night shift mode on your phone
